Field Report: Electronic Business and Consumer Repair

With tens of millions of TVs sold in the U.S. every year, there’s never a slow season for repairs. It’s certainly enough to keep USSI Global’s technician network busy. We service approximately 2,000 tickets and ship about 6,000 parts every month.

Field repairs aren’t limited to living rooms. USSI Global also handles TV repairs for the hospitality industry. Christiano said the majority of time, multiple units require repair. “We can curate a logistical plan based on a hotel’s specific needs. We either can collect and repair in a centralized repair center or create a coordinated floor plan of attack,” he noted. “Whether it’s the slow or busy season, people are always at hotels. We want to be quick and effective without customers knowing that we are there.”
